Pamela Fraser

Pamela Fraser’s minimalist yet striking works challenge the accepted logic of color systems, using simplicity to explore the deeper meanings of natural elements. Known for her sparse and straightforward style, Fraser’s work in “Soft Openings” includes both ceramic pieces and new paintings, exploring the spontaneity of philosophy and the logic of color systems.

Fraser has exhibited her work internationally for over twenty years and received awards such as the Louis Comfort Tiffany and the Pollock-Krasner. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Vermont and author of “How Color Works: Color Theory in the 21st Century.”
